Empowering You Therapy does not accept insurance.

We accept cash, HSA (Health Savings Account) and all major credit cards as forms of payment.​

Therapy services can be reimbursed by your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Upon request, invoices can be provided where you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement on your behalf.​

You’re worth the investment.

Investment

  • We have a one time intake fee that ranges from $225 to $250 based on the therapist.

    Each individual session after your intake will range from $140 to $160 based on the therapist.

  • We have a one time intake fee of $225.

    Each couple’s session after your intake will be $150.

  • We do not directly accept insurance, we offer a "super-bill" for potential out-of-network reimbursements (typically 60-80% of the session cost, depending on your plan). Many of our clients utilize this benefit to access affordable therapy.

    Please contact your insurance company for any questions regarding your out-of-network benefits.

  • Our office is open Monday-Friday offering a variety of scheduling options, including after school and evening hours. You can view each individual therapist’s schedule through our online booking platform. We require 24-hours notice for cancellations in order to avoid the late cancellation/no-show fee.

  • Session frequency varies per individual/couple and their unique needs. Typically, we begin with weekly to every other week sessions, adjusting as we evaluate your progress over time.

  • Yes! We offer both in-person and telehealth therapy.
